Low Carb Chuck Burgers

I'm so happy it's grilling season. I have been craving these burgers all winter. Chuck is the way to go if you want a really tasty burger. Check out the bun recipe & deviled eggs too. Links below.

     2 lb ground chuck
     1/2 C shredded cheese, your choice
     1/4 C sweet onion
     1 Tbsp steak seasoning, like Montreal
     1/2 tsp celery seed
     1/2 tsp onion powder
     1/2 tsp garlic powder
     2 Tbsp SF BBQ sauce
     Fresh ground pepper

Put your ground chuck in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly by hand or with a spatula. Once mixed pop a small hunk in the microwave. Taste to see if it is well seasoned. Adjust it to your taste. Shape into burgers of desired size. I got six. They will shrink.

Grill or pan fry until desired doneness. Top with your favorite toppings & serve with your favorite sides.
