1 package chicken breasts (I get the large packages from Walmart)
Preheat oven to 400.
Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts on prepared sheet. Sprinkle generously with seasoning salt and garlic salt. Place in preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool.
Cut or shred. I cut the chicken right on the pan so it can soak up all those yummy juices. Place in refrigerator or freezer to use in various recipes.
